Every number produced is artificial test data mathematically synthesized for software QA, testing, and mockups.

No Real Telecom Service
We are not a telecommunications carrier. Numbers cannot initiate calls, send SMS, or receive two-factor authentication.
SECTION 01LEGAL CLAUSE
01. Nature of Service & Synthetic Data
Random Mobile Number provides algorithmic software utilities that synthesize mock telephone numbering sequences conforming to ITU-T Recommendation E.164 and international dial plans.
All numbers generated by the Service are non-operational, synthetic sequences intended strictly for testing, quality assurance, mock data creation, and educational purposes.
The Service is NOT a telecommunications carrier, MVNO, or VoIP provider. Generated numbers do not correspond to active subscriber SIM cards and cannot receive real SMS transmissions.
SECTION 02LEGAL CLAUSE
02. Permitted & Acceptable Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to generate, export, and utilize synthetic phone data strictly for lawful software development and testing activities.
Permitted uses include QA automation, mock database seeding, software UI mockups, form validation regex testing, and developer demonstrations.
SECTION 03LEGAL CLAUSE
03. Strictly Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use synthetic numbers to misrepresent your identity or engage in fraudulent schemes.
You must NOT attempt to register accounts on third-party platforms with intent to deceive or bypass verification safeguards.
You must NOT use the Service to conduct automated scraping, denial of service attacks, or harassment.
SECTION 04LEGAL CLAUSE
04. Intellectual Property & Testing Data
All software, algorithmic generators, site architecture, and content are the intellectual property of Random Mobile Number Inc.
Users retain full rights to synthetic test numbers exported from the Service for use in their internal software systems.
SECTION 05LEGAL CLAUSE
05. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that generated sequences will bypass third-party proprietary validation engines or that services will operate uninterrupted.
SECTION 06LEGAL CLAUSE
06. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Random Mobile Number Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
SECTION 07LEGAL CLAUSE
07. Term Modifications & Inquiries
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
